Jennifer Merrell is Senior Business Consultant at Ben & Jerry’s. Jennifer started her career with the company in 1999 serving customers as an ice-cream scooper. She rose through the ranks, acquiring increasing responsibility and taking on roles at store, area, region and now today at assisting on a global level. Jennifer works with teams, franchisees and suppliers across the world finding new ways to delight customers and achieve business success. At Saint Louis University she researched the impact of culture on the workings of virtual teams. Ben & Jerry’s is a subsidiary of Unilever, is headquartered in Vermont, USA and has locations in dozens of countries.
