Louis Belval

Louis Belval is a French intercultural specialist with an atypical background: trained as a computer scientist, his career has led him to live in Haiti and various francophone African countries. He has specialized in this region of the world. As a member of the Intercultural Club, he now trains students, professionals, and military personnel in this discipline.
