Siiri is an interculturalist who is passionate about other cultures, and loves to learn more about people and communication in different countries. She has over 15 years of international experience as an expat support professional, cross-cultural trainer, language instructor, and executive search and talent management consultant. She has worked as a head hunter in Estonia, taught Estonian language and culture to US diplomats and advised International Monetary Fund employees’ families on settling-in to the American life in Washington DC.
Siiri hold as MA degree in Linguistics and she is a member of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR). She is fluent in Estonian and English and communicates in Russian and Finnish.
Siiri is Estonian but has lived, worked and raised her three children in the United States and Luxembourg for nine years in total. She considers the tiny Estonian island Muhu, where Time Rests, as the dearest place in the world.
