Cancel subscription to CultureConnector
You can cancel your subscription any time after the minimum licence period.
If you purchased a Paid subscription, your payment to Argonaut will automatically renew at the end of the minimum subscription period, unless you cancel your Paid Subscription through one of the methods described on this page at least 72 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect on the next licence renewal date at which point the users of the subscription will be downgraded to the Free Plan, unless they have access under another valid licence for paid services.
If you cancel your payment or Paid Subscription we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us, except in the case that you cancel during the Cooling off Period and you have not accessed CultureConnector during that period.
How to cancel your CultureConnector subscription
Option 1: Write to Argonaut sales
Send an email message to [email protected] including your most recent invoice number. Please identify the subscription you wish to cancel if you have more than one subscription. We can process your request faster if you send the message from the email address of the original licence purchaser (the Licence Holder). Please do not send cancellation requests to the personal email address of your Argonaut contact person.

Minimum subscription period
If you are not sure whether your minimum subscription period has ended or not, check the date of your original licence period and the minimum subscription period in your product title or product description. You can also request this information from [email protected].
